Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought the Bengals could get a first round pick and a second rounder, that could become another first, for Carson Palmer.

That’s one reason why I was kind of against granting his wish and letting him leave town, because I really didn’t think you could get market value. But to be honest, what other team but the Raiders would give up what they did for a guy who threw 20 interceptions last year, and hasn’t practiced or worked with a team since the end of last season.

Add to that the fact that Cincinnati has graded out really well in the past two drafts (Andy Dalton, A.J. Green, Jordan Shipley, Jermaine Gresham, etc.) and having up to four first rounders in the next two drafts is really exciting.

Amy wasn’t able to pull off a third straight victory, although we did have a tie atop the standings. Svoboda and Jessica each got 12 of 13 games correct, but Svoboda nailed the total overall points scored at 30, to take home the win.
